Quote-first service
Teker Labs reviews each request before accepting a project. A quote may consider item size, design complexity, material availability, intended use, quantity, finish expectations, timeline, and whether 3D printing is a suitable option.
Customer-provided details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate files, photos, measurements, descriptions, intended use, and fit requirements. Incomplete or inaccurate information may affect quote accuracy, fit, timeline, or whether a part can be made.
Safety and suitability limits
3D printed items may not be appropriate for safety-critical, medical, food-contact, certified, high-heat, pressure, electrical, structural, load-bearing, automotive safety, motorcycle safety, brake, steering, suspension, helmet, fuel, or road-use applications unless specifically reviewed and confirmed in writing.
Prototypes, concepts, and replacement parts
Prototype parts, concept images, replacement pieces, and fitment mockups are provided for review and practical use only as agreed. A concept image is not a printable STL, CAD, STEP, OBJ, or production-ready model unless separately created or provided.
Files, permissions, and intellectual property
By sending a file, design, image, or reference material, you confirm that you have the right to use it and request related printing or review. Teker Labs may use provided materials only as needed to review, quote, communicate about, or fulfill the requested project.
Payments, revisions, and fulfillment
Pricing, payment timing, revisions, pickup, shipping, delivery, and fulfillment details should be confirmed before work begins. Any changes to quantity, design, material, finish, or timeline may require a revised quote.
No guarantee of fit or performance
Custom 3D printed parts can vary based on file quality, measurements, material, print settings, and real-world conditions. Unless specifically agreed in writing, Teker Labs does not guarantee exact fit, certified performance, durability, regulatory compliance, or suitability for a particular application.
